I-Carburizing vs. Nitriding: Ukubuka Konke Okuqhathanisayo

1. Izimiso Zenqubo

Ukufaka i-carburizing:

Ukukhipha i-Nitriding:Imiphumela ebulukhunini bomphezulu1000–1200 HV, ngokuvamile iphakeme kunezindawo ezifakwe i-carburized,ukumelana okuhle kakhulu kokugqokwa.

Amandla Okukhathala

Ukufaka i-carburizing:Kuthuthuka kakhuluukugoba kanye namandla okukhathala okujiyile.

Ukukhipha i-Nitriding:Futhi kuthuthukisa amandla okukhathala, yize ngokuvamilengezinga elincanekune-carburizing.

Ukumelana Nokugqwala

Ukufaka i-carburizing:Ukumelana nokugqwala okulinganiselwe.

Ukukhipha i-Nitriding:Yakha i-ungqimba lwe-nitride olujiyile, ukuhlinzekaukumelana nokugqwala okuphezulu.

Kulungele kakhuluinsimbi enekhabhoni ephansi kanye nensimbi ene-alloy ephansiIzinhlelo zokusebenza ezivamile zifaka phakathiamagiya, imiphini, kanye nezingxenyeibhekene nemithwalo ephezulu kanye nokungqubuzana.

Ukukhipha i-Nitriding:
Kuhle kakhulu ngezinsimbi eziquketheizakhi zokuhlanganisanjenge-aluminium, i-chromium, ne-molybdenum. Ngokuvamile isetshenziselwaamathuluzi okunemba, isikhunta, ama-dies, futhiizingxenye ezigugile kakhulu.
