Ukufaka i-Carburizing: Kuhilela ukushisa insimbi enekhabhoni ephansi noma insimbi ye-alloy enekhabhoni ephansi endaweni ecebile ngekhabhoni ekushiseni okuthile. Ukuhlanza nge-nitriding: Ubulukhuni bomphezulu wensimbi bungafinyelela ku-1000-1200 HV ngemuva kokufaka i-nitriding, okuphakeme kunokwe-carburizing, ngokumelana okungcono kokuguguleka.

Ukufaka i-Carburizing: Kungathuthukisa amandla okukhathala kwensimbi, ikakhulukazi ekugobeni nasekukhathaleni okugobile.
Ukuhlanza nge-nitriding: Kungaphinde kuthuthukise amandla okukhathala kwensimbi, kodwa umphumela ubuthakathaka kakhulu kunowokusebenzisa i-carburizing.

Ukufaka i-Carburizing: Ukumelana nokugqwala ngemva kokufaka i-carburizing kuphansi kakhulu.
Ukuhlanza nge-nitriding: Ungqimba oluqinile lwe-nitride lwakhiwa ebusweni bensimbi ngemva kokufakwa kwe-nitride, okunikeza ukumelana okungcono kokugqwala.

• Okubi: Izinga lokushisa le-carburizing liphezulu, okungabangela kalula ukuguguleka kwengxenye. Ukwelashwa ngokushisa okufana nokucisha kuyadingeka ngemva kwe-carburizing, okwandisa ubunzima benqubo.

• : Izinga lokushisa le-nitriding liphansi, okuholela ekuguqukeni okuncane kwengxenye. Kungafinyelela ubulukhuni obuphezulu, ukumelana okuhle nokuguguleka kanye nokumelana nokugqwala. Asikho isidingo sokucisha ngemva kokufaka i-nitriding, okwenza inqubo ibe lula.
Ukungalungi: Ingqimba ene-nitride incane, inomthamo ophansi wokuthwala umthwalo. Isikhathi se-nitride side futhi izindleko ziphezulu.
