1. Ukusebenzisa i-Circular Pitch (pp)

Imodyuli ibalwa ngqo kusukela ku-iphimbo eliyindilinga(ibanga phakathi kwamazinyo aseduze eduze kwesiyingi sephimbo):

Isibonelo:
Uma i-p=6.28 mmp=6.28mm, bese kuba:

m=6.28π≈2 mmm=π6.28​≈2mm


 

2. Ukusebenzisa Ububanzi Bephimbo (ddkanye nenani lamazinyo (zz)

Ubudlelwano phakathi kobubanzi bephimbo, imodyuli, kanye nenani lamazinyo yilokhu:

Uma igiya line-z=30z=amazinyo angu-30 kanye nobubanzi bephimbo d=60 mmd=60mm, bese kuba:

3. Ukusebenzisa Ububanzi Bangaphandle (DD)

Kumagiya ajwayelekile,ububanzi bangaphandle (DD)(ububanzi be-tip-to-tip) buhlobene ne-module kanye nenani lamazinyo:

D=m(z+2)⇒m=Dz+2D=m(z+2)⇒m=z+2D

Uma u-D=64 mmD=64mm kanye no-z=30z=30, bese kuba:

Amayunithi: Imojuli ivezwa kuamamilimitha (mm).

Izicelo:

Amamojula amakhulu (mm) = amazinyo aqinile kakhulu emithwalweni esindayo.

Amamojula amancane (mm) = amagiya amancane okusetshenziswa ngesivinini esikhulu/umthwalo ophansi.
